By booking an appointment with SA Photography Ltd you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions :

 

To book a session the session fee must be paid before a session ; this session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable towards another services.

For mini session -To book a mini session deposit fee must be paid which will be deducted from the amount of the session ; this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable towards another services.

Viewing appointment

 

The client will be able to see their gallery up to 4 weeks after the session. Please note that this period may sometimes vary depending to workload.

 

Any online galleries will be available for viewing on the website for a maximum of 3 days and will be removed, arranging a re-activating will cost the client an additional fee of £20 for a period of 3 days.

 

Model calls ,free sessions ,give away sessions

 

Any no shows will not be rescheduled, If the model does not attend the scheduled appointment, he/she will be invoiced a session fee of £100 for the photographer’s wasted time.

 

Copyrights and ownership

 

SA Photography Ltd retains copyright and ownership of all images taken during photo sessions.

Editing or altering of the images in terms of style, colour, additions, subtractions, cropping or any other form of post-processing or enhancement by the Client or a third party is not permitted and in breach with Copyright Act 1988.

 

Copyright-able works, ideas, discoveries or products

(ie - “the work”) remain under the ownership of the photographer. Under no circumstances

does this ownership transfer to the client.

The photographer has the right to display the work in exhibitions, present it in the studio/portfolio, print competitions, website, social media (including Facebook ad, TikTok ,  Instagram and other social media platforms ) and wherever work is featured regularly. Confidentiality in advertising will always be kept. 

 

Should the client wish to keep the gallery private due to personal circumstances and withdraw consent for publication in certain areas/platforms, please inform the photographer before booking your session.

If the permission has been granted previously the client cannot cancel it.

 

IMAGE ARCHIVE: All images will be available for purchase and/or download for 8 weeks

following the session date. After 8 weeks images may be deleted from the hard drive and

no longer available for access. Photographer may retain certain images for promotional

purposes. Photographer is not responsible for storing images beyond the 8 week period.

 

PRINT PRODUCT ORDERING: All sales of products (ie prints, albums, digital images, etc) are

final. Once client has ordered and payment has been made, there are no refunds or returns.

All images are printed at a professional lab of the photographers choosing.

 

Using mobile phones or any photographic devices while at sessions to take photos or videos/ video calls is strictly prohibited.

 

 Clients responsibilities

 

The only people who are taking part in the session are allowed on the premises of SA Photography Ltd with up to 2 carers. SA Photography Ltd and its’ representatives will not be held responsible for any injury incurred by you or any person present with client at the photo shoot, or any damage to client’s property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

Additionally, client will take responsibility of any damages caused by client or any person present with them while on the premises / in session, and you may be charged to replace props/property that belong to SA Photography Ltd.

 

Client agrees to arrive on time,  if you are late more than 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit lost.

 

TRAVEL: Photographer agrees to perform photography services within 5 miles of

our photography studio in Eccles Any mileage above 5 miles distance will be charged at £2 per mile.

 

INDEMNIFICATION:

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from

any claims, losses, fees, attorney fees, costs and judgements against the Photographer

that result from acts or omissions of the client, client’s family members or any acting

agent of the client.

 

SA Photography Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
